The Program
Leadership360 is an executive-leadership development process. We focus on identifying and developing executive potential and creative leadership skills that are required for future success in organizations.
Leadership360 is customized to meet the specific needs of clients and is comprehensive. It includes competency based behavioural profiling of managerial/leadership styles as well as targeted 360-peer review and feedback, personalized developmental planning, and on-going professional or personal coaching.
We support all of our programs with detailed verbal and written reports and on-going coaching and advisory services that are linked to performance related competencies for the specific leader in question.
Confidential feedback and support between client and coach sustains and encourages individual development and growth over time. The result is greater implementation of development suggestions and enhanced individual and team performance.
As external resources to the organization, we are better able to present objective feedback, which, in cases, is difficult to hear from inside the organization.

The Leadership360 program utilizes objective and standardized assessment instruments as tools for organizing and supporting on-going performance discussions. All of our initiatives are evidence-based, meaning that research supports not only our evaluations but also our recommendations.
Strengths and weaknesses are identified because they are real and everyone has them. Developmental needs are clearly articulated in relation to competency requirements along with detailed developmental plans outlining specific work/personal goals and business objectives.
We know that leadership success is dependent on a variety of contributing actors that make for a high level of fit not only for the role, but also within the culture and dynamic of the organization and the individual at a given point in time.
Prior to entering the Leadership360 program, we conduct a mini-organizational review. We interview and observe key individuals in the organization to identify and understand the corporate culture, spoken and unspoken rules/expectations, norms, values, and dynamic. These are all contributing factors of success and true high performance day to day.
Our assessment provides a complete picture of the individual and their ability to perform, at work, in the job, and as an ambassador of the organization when in public.
We evaluate: thinking styles, working style and relating style along with the behavioural characteristics and core traits that drive individual behaviour. We look at social and interpersonal styles; management/leadership style; motivational drivers, and business approach. All of these dimensions are related back to an objectively defined Competency Model of High Performance.
All of the psychometric tools and processes we use are standardized and validated to provide performance improvement related feedback. All of our measures can be statistically supported and linked to our competency mapping process.
We then objectively measure the performance and capability between the leader, the organizational culture, role responsibilities, and potential for attaining even higher performance in the future.
