Background

Dr. Richard Kercz is an executive behavioural profiler, psycho-organizational consultant, motivational speaker, writer, and success coach on issues related to developing human potential in and out of organizations.


He has profiled over 2800 senior level executives across Canada and the United States and is recognized as an expert on behavioural profiling as related to identifying, selecting, and developing high performers in all walks of life.

As a consultant and personal advisor to organizational leaders, he provides consultation on issues related to the assessment, selection, development and coaching of individual, team, management, executive, and organizational potential.

He also
provides behavioural profiling and personality evaluations on issues such as pre-hire selection; job-candidate matching; management & executive selection/development; team building; development planning for employees; succession planning; strategic career navigation ; stress, peak performance and employee placement.

He consults regularly to large and small organizations and has extensive experience in employee selection and development across a variety of industries in both the private and public sectors. 


He has advised and facilitated on issues related to: defining competencies for high performance; selection; effective leadership; team performance; employee motivation; management skills development; hiring practices; peak performance; interpersonal style; mental fitness; strategic career planning; creative problem solving; work-life balance; organizational design; mind-control;  management and executive stress.


He is a member of The Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology and The Canadian Psychological Association. He was formally trained in Applied Psychology and developed a specialty in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  He received both his Masters and Doctoral degrees from the University of Toronto. 

Dr. Kercz also maintains an active Email/Tele-Coaching practice working with clients on issues related to personal and professional success, work-life balance, effective hiring, candidate evaluation, leadership, peak performance, stress management, mental training, relaxation skills, career development, and developing human potential.
